Cultifort Clementina Precoz was discovered in 1998 through direct observation and as a result of a spontaneous genetic mutation. After 10 years of research at IVIA, it was patented under the name Cultifort.

Es an interesting variety that has special characteristics regarding the tree and its fruit. An very productive and early crop at the start of production.

The tree shows good vigor, with open growth and a medium-sized structure. The tree's characteristics are:

  • Adaptation patterns
  • Great adaptation to the environment
  • Very productive
  • Multi-bud absence
  • No problems with alternate bearing
  • Remove fruits from the first production
  • Branches without thorns
  • Clementine-like leaves, small, narrow and leathery

 

The fruit is similar to the Oronules variety. It is a good size and has the following characteristics:

  • Flattened shape
  • Absence of seed
  • High percentage of juice
  • Good degreening and post-harvest aptitude
  • Intense red-orange color
  • Soft consistency and easy peeling
